I’ve been going to the gym for almost a decade and never experienced any of this weirdness. A few people with tripods yes but no one gets angry like this when you walk through their “shot”

The banded bench that the lady did is a legit exercise to invert the power curve , the bottom of thej bench is the weakest point and thats where the band tension is highest and as the bar goes up the weight gets heavier and heaviest near lockout.

Am I the only one who thinks it weird that people film themselves? I just see people doing easy normal stuff and post it. It doesn’t make sense. It’s different if you’re doing like 10+ muscle ups. Luckily my gym prohibits phones while on weight lifting floor
