How to adjust the screen size for Android TV Box

I accidently deleted my tv settings now i cant set my tv screen size and many more settings! My device is mxq pro 4k 5g amlogic s805! Now how can i get it back? Please any solution?

For android 7.1.. go to my apps and look for “Droid settings”. There you can adjust the screen size, resolution etc under display tab

there is no "screen position" on my android box.
