How to program old Mitsubishi FX plc using GX Developer Upload/Download I/O test (English)

I have a PLC: Mitsubishi MELSEC FX-64MR-DS.
I'd like to know wether a GXDeveloper V8.98C is compatible to program it or not.
If not,which version of GXDeveloper do you reccomend me to program my PLC?

Nice video :). Is there an “easy” way to factory reset a Mitsubishi PLC? I got an second hand FX3G-14M but it has the original programming on it and I just want to delete it. I have some doubts, when uploading or downloading a copy from or to the plc, should I put it in stop ?, and then I have to download the 3 things, main, comments and parameters for a good backup?
