"It is safe for me to exude beauty and confidence wherever I go" was the affirmation I didn't expect to resonate with me. Would've found it absurd just a few months ago, but now I repeat it to myself again and again. Had some relatives and coworkers actively try to sabotage me because "I was too pretty" and had a cousin literally try to one-up me every time.

I love these, a lot. Some of them I just cannot relate to.. My eyebrows, I have none, I draw them on haha. The teeth? I personally don’t want “white” teeth or straight teeth. I’ve paid so much money for my teeth to be straight but whitening them is sooo not healthy. I will always have darker teeth as a stoner.. I really do love these affirmations but these two I can’t relate to at all.. I feel bad skipping that affirmation but it’s a collective video! I get it’s not entirely for everyoneeeee Hahah I just be bald on my eyebrows lmfaooo

I dont know if I have seriously low self esteem, but i cant resonate with parts that are objectively false. For example, objectively, my teeth are not straight. Theyre not terrible crooked but theyre definitely not straight. Do you become less judgemental of yourself over time by listening to this or just less able to see things for what they are? I understand that perception can very much shape your reality but objective truths exist
