def. No.2 not file the WS. But no. 2 def. is very essential because he the authority of land registration in the office I had file under defendant no.2 authority the power because without my present he has given the verdict and now I am suit petition of them both parties to the district council court against the defendant no.2
If def. No.2 fails to file the WS what will happen to my case
