I am a married man & before 1 month I am facing same issue stretching foreskin painful & found little cracks on foreskin. However after applying Aloe Vera Gel & some Homeopathic medicine (actually spelling is Homoepathic but google suggest differently :) ) there is no pain in stretching foreskin but something left means foreskin became a ring type which not affect anything but little cracks still there on top of foreskin & these cause me pain while pulling back the foreskin. Every doctor talking about problem & pain when pull down & pull up the skin but no doctor discussing on another painful topic of CRACK on Foreskin . So Sir kindly suggest what to do with little cracks on top of foreskin & I want to inform that I can pull up & down my foreskin easily there is no problem. As a child I had Phimosis. At age 12 my mother took me to the doctor to have my foreskin circumcised. The doctor recommended a dilation procedure in instead. I agreed. Several injections of nerve block were administered. The doctor inserted a closed hemostat into the tip and opened the hemostat wide thus stretching my foreskin. He repeated the stretching several times until he could readily retract my foreskin to expose my glans completely. I was bleeding. We were sent home with the instructions that my foreskin should be retracted twice daily. If the stretching did not work I was to return to have my foreskin removed by circumcision.
