Can European BC users use it localy in Switzerland that is not part of EEA?

Small quesiton , i guess you are based in Europe. Isn't the Binance card now unavailble for Europe starting 20th December? I have the card now and get this message and seems its not possible to Deposit Euro any more. Are we able to spend USDT or other cryptos in the same way as Euros and still get the BNB cashback reward and is there any foreign transfer fee for doing this? Obviously this will only be possible for next 2 months as I see then card will die :( . So what is next best card after this, is it Bybit according to your video?
