Hello, Dr. Berg. Could you please clarify if you assume any body size when you recommend 40,000 IU of Vitamin D?
After I started watching your videos and following your diet and supplement advice, I've lost a lot of weight, now weighing barely 80 lb, literally a 5-th grader child size. But I still have bad psoriasis. Is it safe for a child-size person to take 40,000 IU of Vitamin D every day? Or do I need to adjust somehow for my size?
Dr Berg, is there a dosing graduation needed to ramp up to 40,000 IU of Vitamin D per day? I understand the need to take more in order to penetrate the altered microbiome, but other sources I have found claim that a daily limit for the average person is 4,000 IU (10x less). I am 30 y/o, male, 5'10", 165lb. Thank you for the great video.
ОтветитьIn short... get a allergy test. I think this comes from eating things you're not aware you're allergic to. Along with lack of vitamin D.
ОтветитьSehr informativ
ОтветитьDr. Joel Wallach is another very great doctor out there who explains the root causes and symptoms of just about every condition out there. Look him up and have a ✏️ and 📜 ready to take some serious notes to get your health and life back.
ОтветитьHello Dr. Berg,
I have used the method you recommended. I would like to share my story and results with you.
I have been suffering from psoriasis vulgaris for about 10 years. I got it when I was 30. After a long struggle, I found a method through my dermatologist to get the symptoms under control.
This solution was called biologics or guselkumab. It is a fully human monoclonal antibody. It targets interleukin 23, which is excessively active in people with psoriasis.
I took this medication for several years.
I felt trapped, dependent and limited by this regular use of this medication.
Then, after searching for a solution, I came across your video and thought to myself: that sounds plausible.
I have been taking it twice a day for 2 months (morning and evening):
- 1 drop vitamin D with 20000 IU
- 1 drop vitamin K2 (200ug)
- 1 tablespoon with cod liver oil
- 1 capsule of bile salts.
I stopped taking the medication 2 months ago.
It works.
Thank you and god bless you.
With respect,
A grateful patient
epsom salts
ОтветитьAny idea on scal psoriasis?
I get acne outbreak in summer or sweaty sweather for having no AC at home.
Then in winter, my acne is gone and I get scalp psoriasis.
Hi there Doctor,
I just have one question, you said we should take 40,000 UI Vitamin D3 daily. Is that safe? I thought daily limit should not exceed 4,000 UI. Could you please reply, it’s really important.
Thanks, amazing video by the way 👍🏻
When I stop having milk nonveg all kind of gluten products my psoriasis went off and when I start eating it came back. Specially chicken, eggs, milk and gluten have high impact on psoriasis for me
ОтветитьIt is interesting. Appreciate.
ОтветитьTudca on an empty stomach, D3, K2-M7, zinc, magnesium with food. Confusing.
ОтветитьTake Benfotiamine and quit eating egg yokes, you can think me later
ОтветитьThank you for this Mr Berg. However I have a question.
Isn't 40,000 IU (international units) of vitamin D per day generally considered a very very high dosage and may not be appropriate for most individuals without specific medical guidance ?
According to chatGPT ( I don't know if it's a good source but my family doctor said the same)
For most adults, the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin D is around 600-800 IU per day. Higher doses, such as 40,000 IU per day, would be considered very high and should only be taken under the supervision of a healthcare professional and with a specific medical reason. Excessive vitamin D intake can lead to a condition called vitamin D toxicity or hypervitaminosis D, which can have negative health effects, including hypercalcemia (elevated levels of calcium in the blood) and other potential complications.
So dropping this here to get answers from the community. Thank you in advance.
Thanks for this information. I have a few questions.
40,000 IU of Vitamin D seems extremely high compared to the UL of 4,000 IU/day recommended by several sources online. Is 40,000 IU/day safe?
How much Bile Salt is recommended per day?
Thanks again.
Vitamin d 40,000iu daily???
I spoke to a pharmacist and was told that amount should be weekly plus the most I’ve found was 5000iu
My doctor also prescribed just 2000iu for me
I have eczema and psoriasis
What should i do?
My husband is really struggling with psoriasis, this information seems really useful and helpful - much more than our GP's have been so far.
ОтветитьWait, 40,000 IU of Vitamin D3 a day? I thought the upper safe dosage was 4,000 IU a day… not to mention that it should be taken with Vitamin K2 for better absorption, right?
ОтветитьI appreciate these clips, but this is an occasion where specifying D or D3 is critical and if it's D3 what amount of K2 should be taken.
In my case I have found Vitamin E oil applied to the problem area very helpful.
I am wondering about 40,000 out of vitamin d3. Wouldn’t this cause hypercalcemia/ toxicity?
ОтветитьDo you still advise on taking L-Glutamine?
ОтветитьSounds very interesting, I will eagerly try it and report back. Many thanks for your dedication and enthusiasm for better health for everyone.
ОтветитьIch habe von a bis z alles versucht ... das einzige was wirlich hilft ist talz 80 mg
Ответить40,000 IU isn't a bit too much? Whereas RDA is 400 IU. Overdosing won't negatively impact health?
ОтветитьAwesome video!
ОтветитьProbably should go into detail about your recommendations for fasting. I can see some people taking this to an extreme…
ОтветитьShould Tudca be taken as routine or just on the occasion?
ОтветитьSorry I hear every single day!!!!
ОтветитьThe vitamin D is weekly o daily the 40,000 units. Please let me know?
ОтветитьThank you Dr Berg for sharing this infomration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to leave my review of this combination of supplements. I have had psoriasis since I was 17; I am nearly 40 now. It was terrible; my legs were nearly completely covered in thick plaques, and my elbows and belly were off and on. I watched this video and thought, this feels like it's worth trying (Actually try it). I bought the supplements and followed the regimen. My psoriasis is nearly gone, and I haven't adjusted my diet. No other drugs I strictly stuck to this regimen; maybe a probiotic was added and some Vc. I don't usually write reviews or comments, but I have suffered all my adult life and want to say this worked.
So, I stopped all my other supplements except a few (to assess how these worked when added). I am taking TudCA, Vit D, and COD Oil (as described in this video). I also take liposomal Vit C, and a probiotic supplement, and exercise 4-5 days a week. Some time ago, I spent only a few months drinking pure water for my primary intake and had good results. Still, I have not modified my diet, fasting, and I need to drink more water, but this was my specific regimen of what I was taking and doing. Adding the trio Dr Berg describes made a huge difference. Over 90% of my psoriasis is gone. Now, I want to try modifying my diet, fasting, and drinking enough pure water in addition to this. It took about 1-2 months to see this type of transformation in psoriasis, but I was shocked. I spent 10's of thousands of dollars on prescription medications. This video had the most impact on everything I have tried. I often watch or read something that sounds good but don't actually try it. I am here to say invest in this for 3 months to ACTUALLY test it for yourself, but it works amazing for me.
As a Nurse I was skeptical about the high doses of Vit D, but I have had no issues thus far; maybe some mild constipation, but I can't confirm this is from the vitamin D vs. my diet, water intake, etc. If I start having symptoms, I will get my labs checked and see, but so far, no symptoms and no issues from the vitamin D
>>Big PLus, I am off all prescription medications and steroids I was taking for psoriasis :). Cant thank you enough for sharing this information and greatful I came across this video<<
Hey Dr Berg. Do I need to take these with vitamin K
ОтветитьHow many mg of Tudca, I’ve seen some 250 mg and some 500mg
ОтветитьThis makes sense, my psoriasis appeared 2 years after having my gallbladder removed
ОтветитьNow im comfused, i thought candida was the bad guy here?
ОтветитьI tried to search Vitamin D 40000, but the Google shows me Vitamin D3. Are they the same? If not, which is better for psoriasis? I also would like to know the best brands for all these vitamins. Thank you very much
ОтветитьWill all of this help with psoriatic arthritis as well?!?!❤❤❤
ОтветитьDr I am lucky or the time I am in due to your hard work and sharing of such an amazing video. Actually my daughter who is in grade 8 is suffering from the program. I am grateful for your information. Stay blessed and happy. God bless you what you wish for yourself 🎉❤❤❤
ОтветитьWill MCT oil benefit psoriasis instead of taking cod liver oil and bile salts? I started taking MCT oil and am wonderfully regular now. I had eaten well for nine months when my psoriasis went into remission, but now I have some new spots. I've only been taking MCT oil for three to four days now. I ordered Vitamin D3 with K2. Will that be sufficient as well?
ОтветитьSTOP EATING BREAD AND DRINKING MILK
Ответитьplz make a video on Psoriatic arthritis.
ОтветитьI needed this info 💯
ОтветитьCan you please talk about scabies
ОтветитьCan you talk about sab
ОтветитьJust left a comment on another video, then found this. I just developed psoriasis over the last 6 months and it has come like a wildfire that is difficult to control. The itching in places that hold moisture is so intense my skin has turned leathery and i make myself bleed constantly. It has even started showing up under my beard. My hands and buttcrack have it the worst. Im constantly peeling off thick dead skin and im tired of it. Its gotten to the point where i am ashamed to have my clothes off and get intimate. I have tried so many creams and medications thinking it was bacterial or fungal from a tropical rainforest i was in. I will now try this method and see how it works. If its successful i will let everyone know.
ОтветитьDr. Berg I have a question, if we take Vitamin D on a regular basis do we need to take additional calcium supplement. As Vit D increases the absorption of Calcium.
ОтветитьCan you help me understand why for psoriasis cod liver oil is better then fish oil. Thanks!
ОтветитьMy friend got treated from Planet Ayurveda for the same and he's doing very well now.
ОтветитьYou’re advising 40,000 IU per day when it is said that the maximum dose shouldn’t be more than 4000 per day. After that there is a high risk of vitamin D toxicity. What is your response to that? Thank you.
Ответить40000IU is 1000mg thats definitely overdose because 20mg is Reference value for adult human! search for overdose of vitamin D!
ОтветитьHello Dr Berg, please can psoriasis be cured permanently?
