hello i tried downloading an app with an error entry point not found similar as this but "The procedure entry point Steaminternal_findorcreateuserinterface could not be located in the dynamic link library" can you please make a tutorial on how to fix it?

I already have those two but still I face this error

I managed to install 2013 version. Could not install 2015 version as there was an error message something like ...... "there is a higher version installed on this machine". I have 2017 version on my computer. My problem has not gone away. Appreciate your advice.

you have to wright "SFC /scannow" in cmd or else it wont work

do i need to install both the visual thingy and then hit cammand and let cmd download?
