I have 12 gb ram and error code 2 compression method unsupported . i set virtual memory size of c drive to 24192 and follow all your steps and run pc in safe mode but its still givinv same error. What should i do?

P.s you have to install the game in your internal drive not on external ssd or hdd

Your that re register DLL files and safe boot steps worked for me it was showing error in 12.2% ISDone.dll and unarc.dll now the installation of GTA v is not stuck or either showing the error so nothing to say just Thanks brother🙂👍😊
