Should You Play PALADINS In 2023?

I've recently switched to paladins from playing competitive overwatch 2 and I gotta say this is the most fun I've had since OG overwatch. I just uninstalled OW2 a few days ago because of how frustrating and sweaty the game is and unbalanced it is I just couldn't take it anymore so I switched to paladins. I really recommend switching to paladins it might take a while to get the hang of how the champions work but the process is fun to learn. Some might disagree with me about paladins but I haven't found myself being very frustrated in any games.

Why you not mention all the bugs in ow2

There's no support . There's hackers ruining games and all the dev team does is make new skins. Fix the damn bugs . Address the hackers and spammers.

I started playing when it first game out quit a fee years and started playing again about 5 or 6 months ago... this is my opinion after playing heavy the last 4 month... I'm pissed. Hackers bugs. I know it's a free game so I support buying skins. And chests from time to time. But in the last week it's really pissing me off.

no god, please no, no role queue in paladins please. overwatch with hundred times larger player base was just ruined for me with introduction of role queue. I would prefer getting unbalanced comp every second game rather than waiting a game for half an hour.

Cheap game but cheap thrill. It’s like that bar fly you see at the other end of the bar. You know she’s hot but she’s filled with bugs and prolly stds and shit. But to each their own if you like that risk and lack of organization in optimization then your here at the right game, it’s fun but can be torture. Hackers don’t get punished.

as someone who's played since the open beta back in 2017 im so happy to see that paladins is still getting love

As a beta player I am sad about how Paladins hasn't changed the fact that every new champion is overpowered for a week straight...then it's nerfes into basically a watered down version of any of the base characters...the only really "balanced" characters are the the original ones like androxus....sigh

The switch teams bug has been around for a while, but it working OUTSIDE custom games is a first.
It saddens me to know it might get removed everywhere now. i have fond memories of this bug.

Almost as funny as the dredge + hammer server crashing bug, but that one obviously had to go and i'm glad it didn't make it outside of public test servers.

I used to play OW1 back when it first came out and into like season 6. But Blizzard was the fun police and make really annoying balance chances and that made me leave the game. Then in OW2 the game just does not feel as fun. Quickplay matches are meant to be fun, but if you and your team are getting rolled then you'd want to leave . However ~ Blizzard punishes you for this. THen they moved to a 5v5 format did not rehaul their old heros and the game based around ultimates became a game based around supports skills like the Kiri Cleanse that can negate way too much. Overall that and how pricey some skins are (some are locked behind bundles so you have to fork up $40 for just one skin :| needless to say I left OW.

Its because when you pick a character in paladins you dont hafta worry about your character getting completely changed because a bunch of paypigs cried and didnt want to play around it.

I once bought a pack in palidens that was EVERY SINGLE past current and future hero for only 15$ 👍

after playing overwatch 2 and just starting playing paladins its been kind of refreshing its sad a game with a 4 people dev team is more fun then a game made a billion dollar company

Something I wish I knew before I left this game is that you really don't have to play ranked. You can just enjoy quick play 😊

I stopped playing paladins in 2018 but i came back for it because cs2 is worse then csgo

I’ve put about 13 hours in it so far, but it feels like more than that to me lmao. I play this morning, afternoon and night. I can’t stop playing. I may sound insane, but I like it way better than OW 2.

No I cannot recommend the game if I’m being honest. The balance is a joke and there are just so many bugs that are still in the game

When Tencent purchased the game from another small chinese studio in early beta it was very well balanced game... Once they started adding their shit it became hot mess and even tho i have everything unlocked i wont touch it with a pole

my main issue with this game is how there is no ambient audio. its just dead silence in the arena when you turn the music off and its a huge problem

This game must've sucked and still sucks if they shut down the Switch version of the game(I gave away my PS4 to a sibling) - which is the version I played up until...however long ago it was that I played it. So, it's good to see I'm not missing much.
