I personally would prefer it to be α = 140.171242555687796 so no overrated life altogether, and that would be a way better universe with no entertainment for the negative forces 👎👎

Since alpha describes 1 electron and not 2, e and pi may end up in some kind of squared standard deviation. Or perhaps describe self-interaction.
Epsilon is dependent on mu and not the other way around, so use mu preferred, then epsilon and not c.
Finally Planck's constant resembles a spring constant.

I'd say it has to do with dimensional cycles.
2 dimensions can hold more information than 1.
Both dimensions hold all the information.
Where for the one Dimensional plane has to cycle faster.
Like a tuba playing a whole note and a trumpet playing 16th notes, and the tombone playing eigth notes, they all reach the end of the measure, but the cycling pauses make all the difference in the song even though the pauses are the same and take up no time.

Can we please banish the term "Anthropic Principle" from all scientific discourse? Even if the universe is fine tuned for life, that doesn't mean that it is fine tuned for HUMAN life. You may as well call it the Cephalopdic Principle. Actually better would be the Prokaryotic Principle, assuming prokaryotes are the simplest true life form possible. They are at the very least the simplest clear life forms we know. Once they cone to be, other forms will either evolve or not and no physical constant or law that I ever heard of guarantees that they will.
