how does it hide the ads? because adsense specifically states you can't use CSS to hide their ads

What's the average ctr you use for AdSense arbitrage?

I just noticed ads are back on my site but the ads limit warning is still on my account. How long do I wait before that warning leaves my account? And secondly can I implement this steps immediately and stand sending social traffic or I should wait for the warning to leave the account. ?

So I've encountered a problem of "Ad serving has been limited due to invalid traffic concerns" on my Adsense account.
Now, I know what is this, why it happened, and how it can be solved or what to do, also not asking anything related to this.
All I wanna know is, will my payment (which would be going to be paid on the 21st of this month), be affected by this? Or there is no concern for the payment to be received?
I've checked some payment-related articles, and they say I would receive my payment unless there's no payment hold on my account.
Is this invalid traffic concern violation stuff counted as any kinda "Payment Hold?"
