How can buy?

Purchased 10 monthback food processor FP3811, very cheap quality of plastic bowl ,balde break that plastic bowl and also found plastic pieces in our food. FP 3811 chopping bowl how to replace same pls suggest .No support frm call centre pathetic service . Request Usha to modify the quality of plastic processing bowl

Please bring more attachment. Missing french fries blade attachment, please bring that

Hello ~Team USHA. I purchased this product last week. While this processor does well on all the fronts, I am very disappointed about its performnace in grinding daily masalas. This is my first food processor. My wife have always used standard mixer grinders. Is it wrong to expect standard masala grinding performance from a food processor? Had I known that Food Processor aren't good when it comes to grinding daily masalas I would have never buoght it. Because thats the main purpose of having it among others (For me!). Has anyone experienced same? Would appreciate any help/suggestions..

Don’t buy this food processor as the jars is not available easily, also the cost of jars example Atta jar cost around Rs. 2400/-. Imagine you buy Food processor for Rs 9000/- and you pay 2400 rs just for jars which isn’t available no direct support from company no website to order

🌟Main problem for me 😭and all that customers grinder big jar(pot) not grinding properly when new(blade are not that much sharp).
After some days many customers give feedback also happened with me the bush of grinder jar is get loos and water is out from bottom of jar and after some days it not work.
Then we called 😡customer care service centre they say it is out of warranty (2 yrs product &5 yrs motor) . Then service centre of my city said you will cost 2300rs for jar and 300rs for service total 2600 for one new pot(because they said it can not be repaired). And it also get you in minimum 1 month. But now from🙄 3 months it didn't delivered to me. This is main part for grinding to cost how much after usha brand

🌟 Now my main part food processor is not working, first burning smell come out from some days, now it stop working. I complain because still my motor is in warranty but customer service centre of my city and help line number saying to me now that only motor is free replacement other part of machine will take charge of part and 400 rs service charge.

I call customer care then they alloted service centre of my city ,buy they didn't come to my home and saying your motor is damaged 😏🤐🧐without checking on call, and they are not coming.
Now my food processor of 11,000 is like a showpiece.😞😢😭

Worst service ever

Worst Company service ever “USHA”, seriously the worst service ever, I have registered complain about 7 times in a week and every time they say we have registered your complain and will sent technician but they will send you message that they tried to call you and you didn’t respond that why the registration is cancelled and this happened 7 times in a row. they basically fake to have a service center whereas they only have call center and have no service at all. Dont buy their products ever if you don’t want to get frustrated

Jar plastic quality is very very poor its get melt, after using of 5-6 months Jar will leak from down area. And you need to buy a new Jar after every 6 months.....

I have bought one. It's quite disappointing to note that it doesn't have any blade to support French fries. I am ready to buy at a cost if it is available. Kindly include that among the accessories. As this being the top end model in USHA brand. Looking forward to a favourable answer.
