OLED is so overrated, its only going to look better in limited types of scenes with high contrast, LED beats it in most types of scenes. The OLED will crush detail in dark scenes, the LED will show much better detail in dark scenes. The brightness of LED just make things pop so much more than the dark picture of the OLED. OLED will also saturate colors to an extreme degree, the LED will have more natural looking colors. OLED does handily beat LED in off angle viewing however.
ОтветитьNeither of these come anywhere close to my old CRT TV from 2007 (which was the peak of CRT technology) that still has the best contrast ratio and picture quality I have ever seen in any display. Every LCD/OLED screen looks dim, washed out and laggy to me in comparison.
ОтветитьThat was very thorough. Thank you. We are already hooked on the Sony Bravia. We are finally replacing our 2000 model with the glass frame and built in speakers. The colors are finally fading in and out. I recommend the Sony Bravia and brag on our 23 year old TV all the time. Thank you Sony
ОтветитьTo much trashtalk at the beginning...
To much switching...
Sorry
Price difference is around 20000 rs but must go for OLED one....
ОтветитьCan u tell me full array led better or QNED better?
ОтветитьSo what is QLED? 🥴
Ответитьdont OLED tvs have a burn in problem when pausing a video for a long time? especially when gaming.

ОтветитьAm I the only one that feels like OLED over exaggerates the natural colours of things? For example, when have you seen grass that saturated? In my opinion the full array of the x90k is better value. You get extremely close natural lighting for a good price point. OLED shines in certain spots, but the full array LED shines better in my opinion. Some people may call me crazy, that's fine, but in my specific situation, I got huge windows in my living room and a lot of natural light coming in, so the LED works better for me.
ОтветитьI've got an LG E9 that my wife has ruined with constant pausing. There's an obvious line where the bar pop's up on screen. I won't be spending a tone of money on another OLED.
Is a mini LED "closer" to an OLED than an ordinary LED? I was stood in a shop yesterday and they had a Samsung QLED next to an OLED and the OLED, next to it, blew it away, it was miles better. But i cant stop her from doing what she does so can't have it 😢
Which one last longer? A decade perhaps?
ОтветитьWhat does surround sound supported mean
ОтветитьRaise the constrast and lower the brightness and you will see a much more similar picture...
ОтветитьWish more people would show super dark action scenes or sports.. this is the biggest issue with most flat screens is motion!!!
ОтветитьIs burn-in an issue at all? That's what's pushing me away from OLED honestly.
ОтветитьHi
After watching a lot of videos on Televisions and on different models. This has to be probably the best video available covering most apsects of buying a tv. This video would be ideal for someone to watch and get up to date with the new technologies in a tv.
Great educational information, down to earth and thoughtful job.
My LED back light just died 😢 it's all dim now looking for a new TV but LED just last 5 to 6 years 😡 which sux at least that's how long my LG lasted ...i have older TV's that's are still good
ОтветитьJust ordered the Sony X90K in 85 inch. Pretty excited 😁
ОтветитьI’m usually late to the game, but recently decided to purchase the A80J vs. the X90K. I’m not pro at TVs, but the rep assisted in the decision. I love the way you explain the differences between OLED vs. Full Array LED! So detailed and easy to understand! Your presentation really help viewers make an informed decision. Thanks so much and look forward to any and all reviews you do in the future!👍🏽😘
ОтветитьI like OLED for movies, but a full array LED TV will do just as well for movies, and it’s better for gaming IMO. The prices are also significantly cheaper for full array LEDs, so bigger screens for less money.
ОтветитьNo matter how much you lower the brightness of LG c2, it is not getting dark enough for eyes to relax in nights. Im returning this crap
ОтветитьDifference is that full array ranges from terrible to amazing and that oled begins in the high end and you'll never get a shitty oled.
ОтветитьGood comparison. Just shows you can get a good tv even if you can't afford an oled or you are worried about burn in. Last year I went with a mini-led tv because of my bright living room. I've had people ask if it was on oled before inspecting the thickness of the set. But with oled's becoming brighter that may eliminate that problem.
ОтветитьSorry, but I'm just not impressed with OLED. Everything looks like its being viewed through a very faint gray overlay. Color just looks slightly richer on the full array LED as well. All I want to do is grab the remote and brighten that OLED screen. I think ya'll just letting the higher price tag influence your opinion. More expensive doesn't always mean better.
ОтветитьIMO, the oled looks like it is using dynamic picture mode, which equals a cartoony picture. The jungle scene should be showing a wide variety of colours like the X90J is doing. Many scenes on the oled appear to be too dark and lack details as well, such as the opening beach scene.
Cinema or custom modes on a Sony TV would have been a much better comparison.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьOled all the way i have upgraded all 3 of my fald tvs to lg oleds its pricey but you cant complain to the picture quality it offers
ОтветитьI bought X90K last week but I noticed the picture quality is grainy. Sometimes the picture is very good but most of the time its grainy. I tried doibg adjustments but still its grainy. Is there a perfect adjustment that I should know or this unit is faulty?
ОтветитьCan you do a review on Sony SRS-NS7 wearable sound collar speaker? I am looking specially for call quality and mic ability to suppress background noise while using the device for office related calls from home (I have issue with kids playing right outside my window making lot of noise, hence need to ensure that noise would not be picked by the mic). Other item would be how clear I can hear movie dialogues using this device.
ОтветитьIn my opinion, it's just a matter of taste. LED has far more shadow Details, natural colors and highlighting is better. OLED is far more better in vivid colors and in sharp contrast to deep black. I like more the character of LED, because it is more real. OLED is simply more spectacular and the look is deeper near to 3D, for my taste it is too much effectual and therefore looking artificially. The forest is a good example... in OLED it is mostly the same popping vivid green in a saturated way and a little bit blurry, the LED is in my opinion more natural with much more details and green subcolors in a wider range.
ОтветитьSo what is an X94KU in the Sony line-up? Is it just an X90 specific to a certain retailer?
ОтветитьGreat review! Well explained and helpful!
ОтветитьStill using my Pioneer plasma...
ОтветитьSorry I don't like OLED is expensive and limited brightness and problem of burning I don't like it the color on lead is more brightness and mor rich color especially in HDR
ОтветитьThanks for a nice comparison. Can you do a compare between QLED (by Samsung) to full array LED (by Sony)? Which will be better in general?
Ответитьcan you make a comparison between full array vs mini led ??
ОтветитьThank you for such awesome video. Thumbs up.
ОтветитьLcd tv not led tv
ОтветитьWhat tv Johnathan is using..
ОтветитьWhat about Qled where do they stand among Full array ,Oled and Dled
ОтветитьTo me, TV on the right looks best, and it's NOT an OLED
ОтветитьWhat do u think about the new 32" (fw32b30j ??) Led vs master 48" a9s oled??
ОтветитьJust bought a Samsung qn90a mini led and I’m literally mind blown 🤯 when I’m watching I sit there with smile 😃 on my face I end up admiring the picture more than watching the content.
By way 50 inch only £585 on Amazon at moment great price.
Good thing my phone is OLED, I might not see what you're pointing out!
ОтветитьAmazing I'm now sold on oled
ОтветитьHi ...Sony 65x95j or Sony 65A80j ?
ОтветитьI prefer some blooming issues with led instead of burn in. We can't buy a TV every 5 years, its to expensive. When oled resolve the burn in problem then it's the right time to buy one.
