ОтветитьI have been struggling to find a routine that doesnt flare my chronic illnesses/disabilities, and this fits the bill! Short (though for myself i did it at half speed) and beginner friendly. Beautiful. Thank you.

Recently, I've won a battle with depression and I'm working on fighting anxiety and learning to live with autism, and sometimes, when I'm having a bad day, I follow your exercise to help clear my mind and relieve my stress, and it makes me feel good physically, too. I started college a few weeks ago, and I plan to do this every morning. Also, I think this exercise will help improve my attention span when I'm at college. Thank you very much for this video, and sorry if there are any spelling mistakes. ❤

ОтветитьThis is by far my favorite morning stretch routine. I’ve been doing it about 3 times a week for a month or so. It definitely wakes me up, making me feel refreshed and ready to go but calm.
