Do I hv to fill my josaa's alloted seat as the last choice in csab?? 🙏🙏🙏

i'm a partial dropper and only discontinution tc was given .....and no character certificate, migration and conduct certificate was given ....i secured my seat in nit ap ....they mentioned to submit character and migration certificate ... can i submit my inter certificates ...will there be any problem? plz reply fast brother ...

Sir I got seat in josaa but I don't want it. if I donot get any seat in csab round 1 and 2 and I donot pay partial admission fee i.e. 40000 until 24Nov will I get those 35000 i.e. seat acceptance fee will be refunded ?

for example There is a candidate of MP want to take addmission in Mechanical engineering but there are no vacant seat left in home state quota in MNIT bhopal but 7 seats left in other state quota.

Or else only general students can do so.....
For example in Nit trichy...
ECE group.... Home state in open category 2 seats r vacant so can a St or SC or obc student can go for that ???? By going through CSAB????
