My habits were: being needy, not listening, being intense, being too negative, distant, and overthinking of what I will say and will it come out wrong. Which I have always better myself. But what bothers me the most is that even when you try to better yourself and try to become a good person, they still ignore you. That’s what really hurts and makes you feel like your a terrible person.

Wow. I have been unconsciously doing a lot of this. Except for the name thing... I tend to give them kind've ridiculous nicknames if I don't make it a point to remember their names.
