Pyro one-shot Grog in Divinity: Original Sin II

It actually takes just 2 skills to kill this guy. You just ask your party member to take your health down to as little as possible with the help of ruptured tendons, then go to this guy and cast forced exchange on him. Then just one shot him with anything you like. It works perfectly since he doesn’t have any armour.

I still believe the easiest way is to get lv 16 forced to force exchange and just sneak up on him with a character that has 1 hp and oneshotting him that way. Just shoot him with some fire arrow or something to get the troll blood away

I have just beaten him to death, fair and square. Albeit, wasting a lot of potions and 3 resurrection scrolls

I just trap him with some ornate chest and rdps. I never played a game where you can exploit in so many ways. Also the quests solving is made by some retard guy from larian.

He had no armor so I just cc’d him to death. He didn’t even get to do anything.

He is actually really easy solo if you have the time and patience. There are so many dead bodies laying around the map, so just pile them up and press the plunger. MCE in one hit.

Just use telekinesis or death fog (you can get death fog barrel on tutorial deck u just need to be fast and undead)

turn base in a nutshell...plenty of time to set up but in real time grog just stands there looking at you xD

I dropped a chest that weight 20000kg, also killed him in 1 turn

I’m doing a telekinesis run, and I managed to one-shot grog by just chucking around an invincible, 3,000 kg chest at him a couple times. Worked pretty well.

Terrain Transmutation on some nearby Cloisterwood lava also works to one shot him.

Much easier is to just have alot of shock granades or shock arrows or just air dmg and u can stun lock him.

My first play through (which was this week) I trapped him in between chests and cheesed him that way.

well i just cheesed it using those poisonous plants.

i gathered like 100 poison/exposive barrels and put them all around him. then blew them all up and watch him slowly die.
in the process the burning terrain even reached the undead npc near the ruins.

it was a gloryous day

Ruptured tendons and bleed fire is pretty good too for this guy, with something that makes him walk like fear.

Poison bulb on him then set it on fire from afar, it doesnt engage the fight, when he is in 50 hp engage him to get exp

always weird hearing about such unorthodox methods to kill enemies when in almost every circumstance I just murder them normally and it works fine

I actually froze locked him with my friend. It was not easy to freeze him through the fire.

It's more efficient to turn him into a chicken with bleeds or to swap low HP.

I just threw a 20,000 pound chest on his toe.

when I did this my two mages and rogue slowly chipped his health away from a distance while holding him back with entangled, frozen, and sleep. It took a while, but poor Grog never even got a turn.

reminds me of when i killed him with only 1 ap using barrelmancy

I just cheesed the poor bastard.
Necromancer made himself unkillable with Living on the Edge. Got to 1 HP. Then used forced exchange on Grog. Now Grog was on 1 HP and the Necro was Full HP. This cheese is too powerful I feel like.

I just cast rain and kept shocking him and setting him on fire using fire slugs ranged attack after farsight infusion
