Hey Ruri, check out Jim Kwik for memory techniques.
ОтветитьSuper interesting, especially the bit about how important sleep is for storing information in long-term memory. I’m an instructional designer (M.Ed) and think about learning all day. To add to your thoughts on retrieval, spaced-out and just-in-time microlearning combined with “desirable difficulties” through practice are super helpful for remembering things. Check out Dr. Nidhi Sachdeva’s (Univ. of Toronto) research on all of the above, especially her research for 7Taps.
ОтветитьThe video is really helpful and great but i thought from the thumbnail that you were Elizabeth Filips because the entire layout and the way your picture was exactly the same as her thumbnails😂😂

ОтветитьThe physilogy should not be neglected before learning. Tense your body and then relax, take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Hemi and Holosync frequencies put the brain in an optimal state. Use these before or during learning.
ОтветитьLove the call for action at the end :)
Ответитьis there at least one video on your channel without advertising?

Ответить"Absolutely transformative! 🌟 This self-help video is a game-changer! The insights shared are not just motivational but incredibly practical.
ОтветитьWhy's it called "how to learn anything FAST" ? Even with the emphasis on the FAST part? It's just about how to simply learn. And you're talking here only about most common basic conditions and principles of learning. There is nothing FAST in these. I'd rather call them - "the basic essential principles of learning"
ОтветитьThat's a nonsense, that man never had an actualy MIT diploma. He learnt it himself while testing himself as well.
ОтветитьOne heck of a video!
