FINAL CUT PRO - Beginner Tutorial

hey this is EXCELLENT. I just got FCP and wasn't really sure how to do much and this taught me like 20 things I wanted to learn in minutes. Thank You for the video and especially sharing your files for the "play along" option as we watch the how to stuff.....RAD!

I appreciated this quick video as I've used Imovie forever but I just needed some quick basics to start with final cut pro!

Im limited in features but final cut is just so hard to use, too complicated ui, ill stick to filmora x like the commoner that i am

Great video. I totally agree with your comment on long tutorials. Some instructors add non-topic related comments or drift off the subject matter making it difficult to stay focused. I have used iMovie but was the Final Cut Pro interface "was" a little different. You really simplified things. Thank you.

I downloaded your file and tried it out. To be honest, it was my first time working on FCP. I have worked on Camtasia which was way simpler.
I felt it was very hard. But, I could get a hands on adding effects, music etc.
Few pointers:
Could you tell how you got a box around the text? I couldn't find that.
I felt the color grading part could have been avoided as you're targeting beginners.
The audio file could've been in the Google drive.

But this is by far the best tutorial. I'll try the slower tutorial. FCP is really overwhelming.. Can you share me a complete tutorial that guides people from scratch? Like the basics.
* Adding text
* Adding Effects
* Difference between trim
* Doing a Jump cut ( so that cuts between screens are smooth)
* Adding a music
