ОтветитьWhat a workout! Wow. I need these side body moves. I had meniscus surgery and that side of my body is noticeably weaker than the other side especially when balancing on the surgery knee.

ОтветитьI always think: naaaahh this is going to be easy it‘s „only“ Barre and/or Pilates. Also me sweating my ass off and making strange noises because of exhaustion 😅😅😂 great workout.
