This one was awesome. I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant and sitting on the floor is just what I wanted to do. Really moderate exercise I loved it

The perfect weight and the perfect moves. I did use a little heavier on some of the moves. Love the time for a quick workout before my busy day starts.

really loved this video, I'm currently on my period and didn't feel like any workout at all, so this slow on the floor workout was perfect for it

What a workout! Wow. I need these side body moves. I had meniscus surgery and that side of my body is noticeably weaker than the other side especially when balancing on the surgery knee.

I always think: naaaahh this is going to be easy it‘s „only“ Barre and/or Pilates. Also me sweating my ass off and making strange noises because of exhaustion 😅😅😂 great workout.

Was surprised how much those lower weights burned by the end! Could have helped that I got two vaccinations today 🙂. I really enjoyed the change of pace!

I LOVED LOVED LOVED this!!! Can you make more videos like this. I love the slow controlled barre and Pilates moves. It’s fast paced but targets all the muscle groups and gives me a great burn! ❤❤❤❤❤ couldn’t love this more

It was a killer workout.. I took a 2kg.. 2kg is like a piece of cake for me.. but this workout felt like I was doing with 5kgs. 😢
