Ответитьi just recently found your account and i love your videos and recipes! I was currently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and they told me to stop eating gluten and anything with wheat, soy and barley (which i have) i haven’t eaten gluten in a year. I’ve cut out so much from my diet and added some new things over the past year but i still feel like i’m lacking in them. This video inspired me so much and helped me realize that it’s not about diet but a lifestyle and to help your body get all the good nutrients it needs to help boost energy in our day to day😊!!

ОтветитьNuts are healthy for sure, but having a bowl of them to hand might be a bad idea if someone is overweight, trying to lose weight, and prone to demolishing an entire bowl. Nuts are packed with calories, so going through a bowl of nuts might lead to them actually putting on weight, which will increase their all-cause mortality risk.

ОтветитьThe seed tip is really good. Just a little caution there. Seeds contain cadmium and flaxseeds are great whole flaxseeds are fine as they are but crushed faxseeds needs to be cooked before eating they contain Hydrogen cyanide that disperse with cooking. These toxins are not added they occur naturaly in the seeds. The seeda are however packed with good stuff and keep yor blood sugar stable so please enjoy a tablespoon a day.

ОтветитьI had about a third of a bag of mixed nuts in the fridge. The best before date was approaching, and since I sometimes forgot I had them, blended them with tahini and honey and salt, intending to add cocoa powder to produce a tahinella/mutiny, but decided to taste it before adding the cocoa powder. It was so good I decided to skip the cocoa. 😊
