Why am I in the DZ 201+

When I signed into The Division after the 1.2 update, I was placed in the DZ bracket DZ 201+ when the highest I can get my gear score is 194 with all gear that is in my inventory. Why am I in this DZ bracket when I am under geared? It is making the most simple tasks impossible.

Also, this is not my real load out. Just showing the gear score.
