hey ben nice one . if i wanted to save those first two tracks and wanted to use them on other videos with different pics . how do i save it so i can use it on videos i make in the future .so i dont have to remake it each time i make a new video ? have you got a video explaining something like that ?

My English are not really good, and I often have problems to understood when other people make tutorials like this, but not at you. I have no problems to unterstand and follow you in your videos.

Just FYI, I think your videos are pretty good. Shotcut, however, isn't. The program just crashed on me three times in a row after I clicked on the Keyframe icon and then clicked on the keyframe panel to drag the line down to make room for the keyframe screen. Very frustrating. Not sure why this program is so popular. I was taking a break from working on my Python programs. Now I think I'll take a break from Shotcut. Python is a little more stable.

The E should not be rising in front of the tree , the text needs to be shifted left , dang !

I get so lost. I understand you are doing your best to help but nothing on my screen looks like your screen and I end up screwing up what I am trying to do so bad I have to delete and start over. Thank you for trying. I guess my mind is not wired the same as the developer. My thought process does not match how shot cut works.

Hey Ben, another great tutorial. I've learnt a lot from your work over the past few years. One thing I now prefer to do with text appearing like this is to use "crop rectangle" instead of masks. It seems to make life and performance on my old Linux machine somewhat better. Otherwise it is probably just personal preference. Keep up the good work, and I'm looking forward to your next fishing video!

Worked really great. one suggestion i have is to make the duration a bit longer if you are planning on fading the title out at the end then don't put the initial keyframe right at the end but at say 3/4. this will allow the title fully rise up and still have time to fade out once fully emerged.

Thanks! looks great. Any tips on achieving the same effect but not exactly in the centre? having all sorts of issues with the keyframing and the text box position when not exactly centered

Shotcut as a free program helps a lot of content creater! However, especially in the beginning it is quite hard to get into it. For this reason, such videos are tremendously helpful for everyone! Well done
