This is my first laptop bought w my own money. Happy with it using keynote presentation for my business. 👏🏻

For the last 23 months I loved this notebook. Until my batteries swelled and killed my touchbar, Touch ID, and keyboard. Good thing I had Apple Care. It saved me $600 for a new top case. I’ll be w/o it for about a week while it’s being repaired.

If weight of a laptop is that big of a factor. Please just hit the weight room and you’ll be able to lift that laptop with ease.

Serious question: does anybody know how can I get a MacBook Pro with that same keyboard L shaped Enter key, etc❓❗️Is that some European keyboard version❓idk why but that matters so much to me, I can’t stand the flat Enter key ✋😖

the new thunder bolt plugs just fall out and need to be glued in and the set will not start up unless plugged into a wall socket so not very portable.

the new MacBook Pro is very low quality and not as good as the old pro and had a much user friendly key board.

concave keys are they mad have you ever tried to type on concave keys good luck with that thunderbolt terminals that fall out I am still trying to get my money back I will never purchase apple products again they are getting really cheap products is this the end of apple quality

Most of the sho review these MacBooks are people who are used to high end great performance laptops so they can say it’s terrible but for me coming from a 2012 mbp even the base model is a video editing and gaming monster lol

I’ve had issues with the MacBook Pro 13 3 times so far. I had to send it in and they had to replace the logic board, Touch Bar, and display. It won’t turn on or anything and it’s the same problem I’ve had all 3 times. I would not get this Mac again.

I just got the MB Pro 13” and I’m having a big issue with the fan running constantly and the computer getting very warm top and bottom, I’ve seen internet posts saying the problem is related to the 2 ports being on the same side, which causes some sensor inside to activate whenever there is a second device connected so close to the port where the power is plugged in. Have you seen that or heard of it happening? Thanks.

I thought apple is the top using all the latest things available :X and it turns up DELL has i10 processor for less. How is that even possible

I am a bit stuck. Can anyone help me out. I can buy a 2020 intel MacBook Pro 16GB ram 512 storage for 1100 bucks from a friend(has 20 charge cycles) or should I wait and buy the new MacBook Pro 8GB MacBook Pro 256 storage for 1400 bucks or so?

Sounding off specs does not constitute a review. With lower specs, the Mac can still outperform a Windows machine. What about an actual review based on your use of the device?

CAn you upgrade the RAM in the 4 thunderbolt 3 port model to 32 GB RAM . I came with 16GB only

Garbage machine

I have the base 13 inch Pro with the 512GB SSD upgrade and it does League of Legends just fine, getting 155 fps at times even at high settings. This laptop, with its two thunderbolt ports is annoying when I want to use certain accessories, but it's livable. Performance wise it's actually very good and I'm happy with it. I wish battery life was a bit longer though.

LOL i love the praise for the "updated" keyboard with scissor switches. I think you mean "the reintroduction of the keyboard that worked fine 5 years ago when Apple abandoned it".

it sucks with that keyboard and that cheap 'macbook pro' text, 2015 were the best, they should bring them back

Thank you. Ditching PC's which I've had since the 386--many years. Why? PC customer service, and tired of replacing them every 4-5 years due to serious mechanical issues, keyboards not working, serious battery errors, motherboards crashing, and complicated and long CS waits with "iffy" knowledge. My daughter has had her MAC for 10 years--and I purchased 2-5 PC's during that time (Dell, HP, etc). In the long run it will save money. Using my husbands MacBook Pro as I speak because i think my HP is crashing. The mouse is crazy on google maps, but I'll figure it out. Maybe.

Why do Apple makes laptops with very small storage ? Cheaper laptops can give you 1000 GB for 400 Dollars ? I don’t understand this at all ? They make good laptops I guess but they charge almost double for the storage ? I didn’t get this Logic
