They proclaim themselves as metal, but they're not. Breakdowns are a hardcore element. The bands in this video are metalcore or deathcore. There are no breakdowns in metal. Most bands don't really know what category they belong in.

I never insinuated that deathcore and hardcore punk came before metal. It would do you well to put on a pair of high-powered glasses and learn to read. Also, if you're going to try to argue something, you might want to make a point. Don't get so pissed off because your favorite bands aren't 100% metal.
