Whats crazy is I was terminated “without cause” in Canada and they refused to provide me the reason why, I left after being terminated and called a lawyer sued them and won.

It's called a right to work state which means that you can quit at any time and they can fire you without having to give you a reason. But there is usually a reason.

To be fair, firing any projectile at anything, even a taser, is a an escalation of aggressive force. So I'm not really sure in a morally and ethical way you can say "He attacked me" and leave it at that. Escalation of force usually results in the other person who you're targeting as escaling their level of force too. Not defending this little dweeb, just saying that it should never be as cut and dry as "if you even touch an officer you're going to be charged with battery" -- I mean in the end, the person who ended up with a severe laceration to the head was the dweeb and he barely even touched the officer.

Nobody educated this boy on Private property and trespassing. The only mistake the cop made was NOT having back up there first (I seen 10-15 cops show up for a 1A auditor). Cops should NEVER go out alone. Send cops out in pairs it makes it safer and less cost on the taxpayers (reduce the number of cop cars needed)
