Для остальных - вменяемых: когда поставлен - правильно импульс удара = больно - не руке: а во что бьют, и то натренировать - время: нужно, как и на людях ...отработать: в убивать - с одного удара (что, понятное дело, вменяемые = делать - не будут)!!

I was not know about sand or sand bag or tree
I directly started on flat big stone 300 reps each day on each hands in starting i was wrap single pieces of cloth on wrist but after 3 day i got comfortable so i do further barehands i enjoy doing so after 7 days i started punching hardly on 20mm thicksteel plate, Steel flat surface street light poles,gate of Public garden, wall and alot 😊
