Now I know why the past 2 days felt like it was hotter than usual. I also got, um, extremely horny today and yesterday. I noticed the pattern every month and recently relearned that we ovulate and it’s separate from our period so I assumed it was from ovulation. Btw I’m a lesbian who’s ace (the type where I only get horny sometimes. It’s rare, but it mostly happens during ovulation and I don’t feel it physically, I just really want it so bad out of nowhere 😂) I also feel a little bit of pain in my abdomen like right now. I also had egg whites 😂 I also cried like a big baby about small and stupid things 🤦🏽‍♀️ I am also craving everything SO HARD OH MY GOD 😂

I am a young man. I think I have late puberty because i am 17 but I still have hormonal explosions (testosterone BOOMs out of nowhere) and the temperature around me becomes like 8°C higher than I usually feel (I usually feel 4°C higher than a normal person so imagine being 28 Celsius degrees outside and you feel like there are 40). And I just can t stop them. This is prolly normal. But it s so frustrating because I don t have a girlfriend who I can share my time with and do some fun stuff with her in that time, but I guess my self discipline increases instead. It s a Lose-Win.

Im just annoyed with one of the symptoms during fertile window phase which is cravingssssss and tiredness headaches no energy .. can anyone give advice how to deal with it and overcome it
