btw why my telegram bot response is so slow?

i used the markup keyboard on my bot, and its staying there now, any function to delete it from my bot ?
say i only want to use the inline now and want to get rid of the markup keyboard button there

Do you know if it is possible to save the pictures and files that are sent to a bot? I don't know if the Telegram bots are limited to just text messages.
