Fixed high ping issue on mikrotik

but if icmp ping..has priority 1 we maybe could not detect packet loss of somethings like that? i remember ping has lowest priority so if the link is overload ..we can see ping losing or timeout.

ip ran out, ip conflict, ip offered mikrotik problem . So please create one video.
