How to conduct method validation for Residual Solvent by GC?

Hi,
Is it possible to merge linearity, accuracy and precision in one sequence and preparation instead of preparing each time precision and linearity or accuracy differently
Example prepare 5 levels and injected each one 3 times then calculate the linearity with the average of each level and the accuracy using each level or precision

In specificity, if I get traces of solvent, what is specificity criteria

While preparing API itself contains solvents how to establish Specificity
