you dont need the metal 60 round mag..you can use the polymer 60 round mag with this build too

Alternatively, I was able to use the polymer 60 round PMAG instead of the metal square one, and did not have to install the fancy VLTOR upper receiver and could just use the stock M4 one. Could turn it in keeping everything else identical to the video. If you only have the metal ones you will still have to buy the receiver as the ergo won't reach the right point but it will with the polymer mag, can get them as quest rewards or off raiders/guards.
