Sir agar estimated ocean freight shipping bill main aata hain aur export taxable karte hain to kya gst shipping bill ke ocean freight per lagega ? Next is ocean freight ka gst humara shipping agent generat karega with gst.

Sir,
If we pay Freight Charges (Air or Sea) to overseas/foreign shipping companies instead of paying to Indian shipping/freight forwarding companies, then will we need to pay GST to the Indian Govt. by RCM or it'll be out of GST scope ?

Please guide and advise, so as to avoid these GST charges.

Jain Saab can you also explain if FOB THAN freight agents at foreign pay freight to POL line and bill to Indian freight agent than Indian freight agent has to book IGST in foreign amount of usd in their books at 5% under RCM or not?
