So much more practical than the >$250K for Matt Cremona's smaller Minnestota 40x70 pole Barn with much more of his labor and involvement and outsourcing too. Ideal size if you have any acrearge at all. Depending on biz ideas the mortgage is much better than the rent elsewhere. But space can always get an income, when done right over $4 million in 5K sq ft if you mfg and market. I know a few who do that.

This guy talks a lot. The video could have been about 10 mins if he didn't use the longest sentences possible. Costs are in percentage, so he could have given actual dollar cost, but he took the extra time to break it down in percentages so you can go back and do the math yourself.

As I see it, you have a total of about 114%-117% with the percentages you gave. A fair bit of rounding error at about 2.25% per item listed.

Todays price, probably over 120k. I want something I can live in.

Nicely done video. Thanks for the level of detail. One question, the concrete was a flat pad with no "beams" with fiber and rebar. Did you consider a 4' with "beams" and the fiber and rebar or was that a requirement where you live?
