Guys please don't give up!! When I first started I fell on my face every single time but I would attempt it 5 or 6 times through out the day and now I can hold it for around 6 to 7 seconds. I know it's not incredible but I'm so happy with my progress!
ОтветитьAre my knees supposed to be painfully digging into my arms or no?
Ответитьdo not this after a hard workout lol I was slipping back and forth from sweat
ОтветитьME with my sharp ass knees
ОтветитьI'm 40 years old and just now really getting into calisthenics. The only pain I ever feel are in my wrists. Other than that I'm pretty strong so I just keep my wrists straight as much as possible.
ОтветитьThe skin of my upper arms and my knees rub between them and it hurts me, u you ? Maybe the position of my knees is bad ?
ОтветитьHow do u keep ur knees on triceps without it slipping
ОтветитьThe one problem I have, is where I have to place my knees. As shown in the video, the knees look like they're resting on the elbows. When I try to do it while my knees are resting on my elbows, it hurts alot, since it feels like they're digging into my upper arms which is pretty uncomfortable. But, when I place my knees more to the side, it feels way more comfortable and I can hold the frog stand way longer. Is it ok to do what I do? Should I practice doing it on my elbows and not to the side? Help?
ОтветитьIve watched calisthenics reels all the time for the past bit and finally started this frog stand the past week, i couldnt keep my balance the first handful of times obviously due to lack of experience. But the consistency and the determination is what wins this progression. Your point on the fngers helped me a lot in maintaining my balance. Love this video. Love your thought process. I enjoyed the video , i hope you enjoy my sub and comment
ОтветитьI've been including the basic frog stand in just about every warm-up forever, and I can't wait to add the rest of this. Handstands without the wall, here we come!
ОтветитьIt's more th back of my elbows getting sore, those knees really dig in. Is there anyway to make it less painful where my knees meet my arms?😅
ОтветитьI really appreciate this video. I'm 40 years old and recently started callisthenics, frog stand is the first mile stone I've set myself and in a week of doing it a little bit everyday I'm starting to understand the position more. Though I'm struggling to maintain it for more than a few moments! But this video really clearly laid out an excellent base from which to begin it and I know I'll get it soon :)
ОтветитьThank you daddy
ОтветитьI missed the pillow
Ответитьsubbed
Ответитьican feel my knees digging so hard in my arm tp the point that they hurt alot 😢
ОтветитьIt’s really hard when my knees and elbow are slippery. I cant place it let alone do the stand😓 any tips?
ОтветитьI cant recommend the frog stand. knees pinch hard on upper arm. painful.
ОтветитьJust found the vid and I cannot even get to lift my feet off the ground without completely losing balance. Will keep informing.
ОтветитьIt hurts my elbows
ОтветитьAmazing !!!!
ОтветитьThank you so much 👍🏿
ОтветитьI'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I try to lift myself off my feet, I feel a bit strain on my lower back just above my hips and am unable to hold the position.
ОтветитьMy knees slip off my arms or they press too hard and hurt my arms. Is this normal?
ОтветитьThis a light exercise a can do it every day.
ОтветитьVery nice video for a person who want to start calisthenics or profesional calisthenics
ОтветитьI could do a frogstand for about 2 seconds first try!
Now it's time to practice and improve
Thanks J. Sins
The biggest challenge for me as a beginner: putting weight onto my hands
ОтветитьCrazy enough I always just do this randomly and I didn't even know that it was a true type of stand 😂
ОтветитьAlso Definitely One of the Best ,Progressive Hand Stand Training Methodologies we have come a cross. Nice Video!Thankyou. Much Appreciated. 😀❤️👍
ОтветитьGuys I started 2 to 3 days ago and now I can do frog stand for 30 secs
Ответитьi can hold it for a second or 2... my triceps hurt from my knees digging in them though... hoping it gets better over time?
ОтветитьBruh
ОтветитьIs the frog stand a tuck planche???
ОтветитьIma at a huge advantage I’m 140. Was already weight training, so transitioning helped.
ОтветитьIt really hurts my arm putting legs on them, maybe I am trying to support them too much? but still keep trying, thanks for the video
ОтветитьHello, this video was useful but what's really holding me off the frog stance is my wrist pain. I do a lot of warmups before doing this but still hurts after trying to do it a couple of times. Do you have any tips? I'd be very grateful
ОтветитьWhy this guy look like a young johnny sins
ОтветитьJohnny sins can do anything 😂
ОтветитьMy arms just keep slipping off my knees lol
ОтветитьI have not been able to rest my knees on my elbow. Can I rest my lower inner thigh on my knees for the same effect?
Ответитьgood tip with pillows and elbow locks, I landed onto a wooden bench and scalped myself, got shit for 10 seconds but died, scalp still scabbed 😂
ОтветитьThank you so much it's so helpful 😍🤍
I will try it and master it
❤️❤️❤️👌🙏
Ответитьi feel my bone of knee on my tricep please help its so uncomfortable
ОтветитьSir I'm 14 and I'm trying to learn a handstand so I'm starting this frog stand but when I try it my elbows start to pain what can I do?
ОтветитьI hit the gym 3 times a week and I'm fit, so I was thinking to learn this in like 5 minutes, I can do 7-8 seconds top lol
Ответитьwhile learning the handstand (which I still can't do but I think I'm getting somewhat close) I found out about frogstand and it kinda hit me that "hey maybe i'll actually do the progression thing" bro if I only started it earlier. I actually find the frog stand not so hard and already can do a really long holds of head stand (it's waaaay easier for me than handstand)
hope i'm gonna get that handstand soon and i hope that you will get it too.
keep progressing my friends
💪
The tip about starting knee position really helped, im up to 15 seconds but a bit shakey, starting like that stopped the shake
