hey party people! I made this video a few years ago and its been really outdated so this is a new tutorial on the woocommerce bookings plugin!

I have a client that wants a Car Park booking website. I am currently using this plugin but the client wants the user to be able to select both dates and times at the same time.

However, the price or cost is charged per day. Meaning after 12 midnight, that is calculated as day 2.

Any ideas on how I can achieve this?

I created a bookable product and enabled people availability with 3 different types of people (I also enabled multiply by number of people and count people as bookings)

18 to 24 --> $4 price
25 to 50 --> $6 price
51 or + --> $4 price

So far everything works, but I have to set that if the people are more than 30, the price will be $4 per person.

I enable a new Cost,

Number of people from 30 to 999 --> cost per block $4

It does not work, when I reach 30 the system adds same costs, calculates the price of the type of person + $4... (calculates $8 per person)

How can I make the cost calculation overide with the person type?

I looked in the documentation to find out how to assign a precise duration in hours for the appointment reservation according to the resources but I did not find it. (Example: If resource 1 chosen = Range of 1h30 and if resource 2 chosen range of 2H3O... And the time slots that are reserved each day must no longer be available. Could you help me please? HEY!! How do I make it to where if somebody booked a product for 1 day on the 15th. I want it to say "check in: 15th, Check Out 16th". Is this possible?? This is for hotels and check out day is always going to be for the day after the final day of their booking. :) thx

I've setup this plugin but I have a major issue, the calender does not show available days to guest visitors, any help on that?

I think this is bad, because companies want to use the plugin for ONE SITE and they want to buy it forever for their client.
It should be a life time buy for a SINGLE SITE.

Really great video and well explained. Not sure if anyone can help me out. I'm adding my available dates 9 months ahead of time, but when I got to view a product, the customer can only see unavailable spaces and shows the month of December, not September. If the viewer wanted to see their available dates in September they would have tap 9 clicks arrow to get that far. Hope anyone could help. Thank you.

When you integrate WooCommerce Bookings with Google Calendar (I'm using the native integration), it's pulling over everything, but I want to automate adding an attendee to the Google event (example: Google event gets created, and email of staff member is added as a guest to the event). I tried to do this with Zapier, but didn't see to work. Any thoughts on this?

Is there a way to limit one block for just one booking Regardless to the resources? Let’s say the studio has only one room, so if a block was booked with a certain trainer, it is no longer available.

I’ve been watching your videos so I can create a Wordpress website which is for my business but also for a university assignment. It’s a mobile valeting business.
So basically, I want to add a table of services which a customer can book (mini valet, interior, exterior etc) but once they click on the service they require, I want them to then be able to select optional extras (engine detail, hand polish etc)

And then once they’ve selected any optional extras, it then takes them to a booking page so they can make the booking. Is this possible or is it too complex for Wordpress? Any help and advice would be hugely appreciated

great tutorial and great plugin. I wonder if there is an option to use resource section in such a way that by default the value is empty and a customer needs to select an option before being able to make an appoitment?

What happend if i have a product called Deluxe Room and my resources are "Room Only" and "Room + transport" but i just have one room? how can i make to apply just one date for the two resources.

Example:

One person just booked the room (Room only) for 3 days: Monday to wednesday and another person wants to book the room (room + transport) but as it is another resource, you can choose the same date and that's what i don't want because i just have one room so they can't choose the same date.

For me the resource it's like an extra.

There's a way to have two resources that works as an extra?
