I keep coming back to this channel for the older videos, but today was my 1st without Lesley, thanks for the practice! It was nice to hear Lesley's quotes at the end.
Just a comment/ question - the practice has a more beginner's pace, and no indication of that in the title. Do the new videos cater for more experienced yogis with a faster pace? If so, how to differentiate them on the channel? Thanks

Another wonderful class ( I am doing them out of order)...I love your calming voice and the flow left me feeling rejuvenated. Listening to Lesley read her quotes at the end is a heartwarming and lovely touch. Thank you for the free classes, I have been changed inside and out by Fightmaster and it wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't so readily available. You all are doing powerful stuff!
