EAT TUNA AND GLOW IF YOU WANT!
I will say that I’ve been eating 2 cans of tuna almost every day for around a year and I have no health problems. I would say I am very healthy because of it actually. I am just trying to see if I can be more healthy but the protein is so good in tuna
ОтветитьI only ate it 2 times inmy life, is there a chance I might die by just eating 1?
It contains mercury.
I think we'd all eat Salmon vs Tuna if it was the same price. Sardines are a good alternative when on sale for 96 ¢
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьHello
ОтветитьWhen you say pollution, you show a Nuclear Power plant releasing water vapor from cooling towers?. Get it together dummies!
ОтветитьBut countries in Asia especially china eat seafood at such high quantities and those people have very high lifespans..
ОтветитьI think they want us to actually go out and fish instead smh
ОтветитьWhat’s the conclusion. Was this some kind of click bait.
Ответитьmy mom is 80 yrs old ..she loves canned tuna ever since she was younger.. where did you get your research
ОтветитьThen we turn into Sailor Mercury💧❄💧
ОтветитьTuna contains folate, iron, and B12. A deficiency in any of these micronutrients can lead to various types of anemia.
The benefits outweigh the risks by a mile.
🙃
Me: TUNA IS TUNA
ОтветитьFun fact: Selenium found in Fish such as Tuna helps to reduce mercury levels in the body and other toxins.
ОтветитьSo many juices 👃💰!
ОтветитьThis lady got mouth full of teeth. Cute 🥰
ОтветитьNuclear is not pollution at all get your facts straight
ОтветитьHer teeth look like they don’t fit in her mouth
ОтветитьCanned salmon has more vitamin d too!!!!
ОтветитьHas there ever been any evidence of anyone experiencing health problems or dying from eating tuna? I've been looking everywhere, but all I can find is "tuna contains mercury" (like every other fish). Countless ancient tribes have lived on nothing but fish every day their entire lives, and I've still never heard about a death or disease caused by excessive fish consumption. A few scientists have died from exposure to super-concentrated mercury in a laboratory, but that amount was billions of times more concentrated than what would be found in many, many pounds of fresh tuna..
ОтветитьThank time you make it sound like everthing is wrong.
ОтветитьWhen i opened my canned tuna. . .
She appeared
I love tuna🤦🤦
ОтветитьWhat about shrimp over tuna?
ОтветитьThat's a tuna bro!
ОтветитьWhite tuna or light tuna? I can understand her
Ответитьi dont know like you say cans are lined with bpa and tuna has mercury built up in them but the benefits outweight the risks?????????????????????????????? where the logic
ОтветитьI love mercury. I get most of mine from fish.

This guy says yes
This guy says no
This guy says eat this
This guy says eat that
What was the point of this? Lmao I'm worse off now than before the damn video!
how much did they pay you?
ОтветитьThose jowls though
ОтветитьI quit all canned fish, red meats (except goat and sheep), and am eating much more fresh fish, vegetables and lentils/beans/pulses. Too much mercury in canned fish and I feel rotten after eating it. Also, canned tuna stinks - reminds me of cat food. Fish are supposed to be consumed shortly after they're caught, not months later - eewww!
I am much healthier and happier, thanks to God firstly and then to my health practitioner.
Can I not just enjoy my tuna in peace :(
