Sound quality for days! 🔥
ОтветитьCan you do a review on the drumslinger pad
Ответитьhis rolls are so smooth holy
ОтветитьDo a drumslinger review next.
ОтветитьLMAO, that Xymox shade 😂
ОтветитьAs an ambassador for Rudimental Drummers, I have to say I really appreciate your thorough review of the product AND the company. Rene and Daan have created wonderful products and are very active in promoting the rudimental drumming community all over the world. I feel like your review was spot on and honestly highlighted all the great qualities of these pads along with the things that could be sticking points like the cost and weight (and wait, lol) but also pointed out the justified reasons for these. I personally started with the rope tension pad, but also use the travel pad and the pipe band pad. Thanks again for a great review. I just subscribed, looking forward to more of your content.
ОтветитьDo you think it’s comparable to a ram pad?
ОтветитьWhere you get that drumset in the back I want that for my desk so bad
ОтветитьSo it’s just a drum head and rim on plywood? Hmmm
Ответитьunrelated to the pad… your sound quality is great!
ОтветитьI ordered one after watching this video. Thanks
ОтветитьIs it possible to replace the Evans head that comes with it on with a Remo Black Max or Suede Max?
ОтветитьIf you add the cost of the marching snare rim, tensioning rods, machined plywood and head, the overall cost is not out of line. I trust the quality and your vote of confidence. It will be the next pad I add to my collection.
Ответитьhave you reviewed the "drumslinger" very similar like the rudimental?
ОтветитьMay ask, what is under the head that gives it's feel
ОтветитьSuch great reviews. So very descriptive!
ОтветитьThese pads look amazing and I would love to have one but there is no way I’m paying over 185 dollars for one of those.
ОтветитьCould you imagine if offworld made this style pad? Underneath the head is just cork and gum rubber.
Imagine if it was offworld Dark Matter, cork and the the head on top. I would imagine it would be a very realistic feel
Great review, very informative! Thanks!!
ОтветитьGreat review, Thanks. I really like the mini "Beatles Drum" you have - where can I get it?
Ответитьquick question, if we were disregarding the price would you recommend this over the offworld? im assuming you would since well yk
ОтветитьWhich one has more rebound? V4 invader or the RD Pad?
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьI wish you would have taken the head off to show the internals, especially the actual rim the head sits on. You have done that previously and it really shows construction details.
Ответитьat least you get the pad you purchase vs xymox you dont and its quality..... my laminate and gum rubber came off 2 months of use. and paint chipped on day 1 of use
ОтветитьDude! Where did you get that Neil Peart scale model kit in the background?
ОтветитьThanks for doing these
ОтветитьHave you reviewed drumslingers?
ОтветитьI have a few questions about the pad in general,
I've been thinking about getting one for a while, I just don't know if I want to fork out $170 for something. Like what's the durability on them and considering it's actual drum hardware, do you have to maintain it?
I also feel like this could be done if you just took off the shell and bottom head / rim of a marching snare, and rested the tensioned head on a piece of wood or something. Do you think that that would give me an accurate representation of how the pad would feel? Or is the playing surface tensioned down as well?
I’m sure you’ve been asked before, but what sticks do you like to use the most?
ОтветитьExpensive pads. What I highly suggest for anyone in a drumline see if your drumline has any old snares and take off the floating head, but keep the head on it. You just made a DIY RD pad but it's more realistic and didn't pay a thing.
ОтветитьOn the playing the pad section did you play a Bluecoats piece from awhile ago
ОтветитьSince it’s been a while since this review, which pad do you find yourself playing on as your main squeeze? I did purchase the drumcore RD pad, and I LOVE IT. I haven’t used anything else since I’ve purchased it. When I move from the RD to a real drum. I feel like my hands feel a lot better, and my hands don’t feel stiff.
ОтветитьIm still trying to find the pad that doesn’t absorb too much to where I can still get used to making use of rebound, however not too much to where it doesn’t help me develop my muscles and chops, got any suggestions?
ОтветитьMay i get your email
ОтветитьAny drummer that knows how to cut plywood should be able to make these themselves. I made one in ‘96.
Ответитьis it has the same feeling as drumslinger percussion pad?
ОтветитьHi.. does the chop pad have almost the same feel and performance to the corps pad.. you should try their other pads and compare all
ОтветитьCan you review a drumslinger drumpad and The Carlos botello drumpad please
ОтветитьJust found this video, if you still have them, would you stick a mesh head on them and let people know.
ОтветитьHmmm some of those beats sound familiar 🤔
ОтветитьCan I ask why you don't tape your sticks?
ОтветитьHow can i contact them
Ответитьcan you please do a review on british drum company's practice pad
ОтветитьWould you review the ahead s hoop pad and compare it to the xymox pad? That’d be a good comparison video
Ответитьthat roll quality DAMN
Ответитьwhat sticks are those? are those tom raricks?
ОтветитьI just use my marching snare it’s better than any pad I have
Ответить
