* Unpopular Opinion 101: The makers of this epic movie should have casted Abhishek Bachchan for the role of "Young Ashwatthama ji".No need of excessive CGI, just proper practical effects and it would have looked more authentic than what the movie offered. Sorry to say this, but that CGI generated face of Amitabh sir as Shri Ashwatthama ji actually lacked the potential of showing proper emotional expressions and it clearly looked animated. No doubt that this movie is awesome, but when you take on such challenging projects which stands tall right in front of the larger than life mantra, then every single thing along with every single detail has to be just perfect with absolutely no room for error. Furthermore, if Ashwatthama ji decides to show and narrate us his back story in Kalki 2, Abhishek should have done an awesome job there. After all he would have got a golden opportunity to play the younger version of the legend himself who also happens to be his Father. And I'm pretty sure that this movie along with all its upcoming sequels/prequels would have boosted Abhishek's career up, up and away too.
Abhishek sir is that "more than capable actor" who sadly continues to remain Underrated 😓.

after watching this video I would say they had better VFX than which was shown... that flying birds with skulls was more realistic ...since i had read somewhere "birds flying with intestines in their mouth looks like kites"
