Can too many redirects from a single URL have a negative effect on crawling?

I'm facing with redirect error in Google Search Console, plz help

I have weird problem at my domain [safnah.com] it used to be indexed and googlebot friendly but suddenly no it keeps showing 301 redirect and i contacted you google many times with this issue with no help :(

I have a related question. I have 1 x MAIN company URL, in this case bhipltd.co.uk. I have about 40 URL's that we used to use for separate hosted sites, eg. heartratemonitor.co.uk & gps-speed.co.uk & shop4leatherman.co.uk. Is there any harm redirecting with 301 all 40 or 50 product specific URL's to the product matching pages / sections of our main site bhipltd.co.uk. i.e heartratemonitor.co.uk 301 to --> bhipltd.co.uk/heartratemonitor/ THANKS. We've merged all old sites to this ONE.

What about a 301 redirect from multiple pages to a single page?
