Getting evil mini cooper engine swap ideas lol
Ответить"and it sounds like this"
i need it
I had a Corsair 2000e V4. In 74. Nice but heavy on petrol.
ОтветитьWho says a v4 must be ohc or dohc? Using a gm LS based platform (ohv) eliminates at least one cam and could make a very short and stiff componet.
ОтветитьNeed one on Taunus V4 engines
ОтветитьI love V4 sound very much!
There were many ZAZ and LuAz in Russia when i was a kid (of course, they finished their air-cooled V4 only in 1994)
The Porsches speed handling is insane!!!!
ОтветитьIm use to inline fours, inline sixes, and Vsixes. I find inline sixes take longer to wind up, than Vsixes for some reason? I imagine it's the same with inline fours and Vfours?
Ответитьisnt agera r the most fastest car?
ОтветитьIf yours was a v4 then my new co is a v4sp.and greatly or highly respected and she moved up to a mc20. When the day comes. We shale be in a set
ОтветитьSaab used V4 engines sourced from Ford from 1968 through 1980 in the model 95 wagons and 96 sedans as well as in the Sonett II and the Sonett III. They were reliable, economical and could be tuned for competition quite easily.
Ответитьstill waiting for a brave automobile manufacturer to create the 1st inline-4 CROSSPLANE engine car
ОтветитьThat BS, a boxer engine needs to have 2 cylinder blocks to make one block, there's more Tee joints in the engine and more chance for oil leaks, plus also 2 heads, and yet Porsche and Subaru has made it their engine of choice.
ОтветитьSounds awesome that Porsche V-4 engine! 😺
ОтветитьA V4 is almost as smooth as a boxer 4 cylinder and is less costly to make. So why do boxers get produced in cars but v4 engines don't?
ОтветитьI want one in My Yaris....
ОтветитьI may be missing the point, but now I understand why the I6 is making a slow comeback. It’s probably a less complex engine.
ОтветитьI have a soviet era LUAZ-A969
It has 1.2l V4 with 30hp
Would love F1 to go for V4s and bigger hybrid systems. Will never replace the V8s and V10s for sound but hopefully get more of that sound back whilst going down the line of more efficiency.
ОтветитьI've been daydreaming about V4's for years. From Smaller 2.0L to beefy half LS 3.5L pushrod variants (half a 427ci). A 2.0 L with LS size push rods would never bend. And dohc Style also but those would be way more expensive.
ОтветитьThe car sounds like a motorbike.
ОтветитьSaab hade V4 motorer förr
ОтветитьNot sure this really explains it. Okay, yes they're more expensive to develop than inline 4s, but that is also true of V6s. They also have seen lots of use in motorcycles, but not in cars. What do people want from a V6? Smoother power delivery. Does a V4 improve on this compared to an inline 4, and with car engines getting smaller and smaller going to inline 4s and inline 3s, wouldn't the packaging advantages of a V4 allow it to mount better turbos? Seems to me that the V4 could be a contender for a future F1 regulation given that Ferrari was insistent on not doing an I4 because they wanted the rigidity benefits of a v configuration engine.
Ответитьtop speed
ОтветитьThe Ford Capri 2.0 GtXLR was a fantastic car, Many people thought I had fitted a V8.
ОтветитьBRP used to make a 60° V4 in their oil injected 2-stroke outboards. Essentially the powerhead is as compact as they could possibly make it without adding a supercharger (some outboards do tho) as well as light weight since these things, especially weight, make much more difference hanging off the transom of a boat than they do siting in the engine bay of a car.
ОтветитьI red it up it runs on a V6 or V10
ОтветитьI want that in a Porsche Boxster please
ОтветитьMy Honda vfr is a V4 ...amazing sound.
ОтветитьThank you
Ответитьthey underrated cuz my moms sentra had a check engine light for a month
Ответитьliquid fluoride salt nuclear reactors powered by thorium breeders and how they can eat all the old nuclear spent fuel .
ОтветитьSo the V4 is so expensive they make V6 and V8 engines for production cars instead...
ОтветитьI had a v4 it was a ford taunus cologne engine.
ОтветитьWe have the ford taunus p6 15m ts coupè with a 1500 v4 engine 65 hp at 5000
ОтветитьIs that a irish accent?
ОтветитьNot all about sports cars early ford transit had a v 4 remember it well thirsty for its day
ОтветитьRare? Mine dad have a car with V4, Fiat Tipo.
Ответитьand the Ford transit, Capri, etc
ОтветитьI mean c'mon, expensive? Really? Complicated? Really? Sounds like excuses to me. F'n lazy is what it is.
ОтветитьThe first production V4's were built in 1910 by Martine And American maker Marmon.
ОтветитьPre-Covid still trying to make hair work Mike, ahh we were all so naive, but the knowledge, charm and charisma was there for sure.
ОтветитьNow I need an educational video on a flatplane V4 or straight 4 because I’m sure no Flatplane v4 nor in-line 4 has ever been made.
ОтветитьA ranger had a v4….. sadly only the early 99’s had it 😪
Ответитьcoast to much mean while flat 4 are running a muck all around lol
ОтветитьF1 in 2031:
ОтветитьIn the long run, 90-degrees V4 truly is worth it instead of V6 especially for Formula 1.
ОтветитьDidn't Ford use a V4 of 1.7 & 2.0 capacity in their Capri, Cortina and Transit van back in the early 1970's ??...
ОтветитьWhats the difference between a V4 and a 70's VW beetle engine so.
Ответить
