Update your computer fully, run sfc /scannow in the command prompt. Pull out any cables such as the headphone jack, mouse USB, Charger(let it fully charge before you change to win 10) etc. If it fails, like it did for me. Disable your third party antivirus and then install windows 11. That helped me

This doesn't work when I couldn't do an In-place upgrade from Windows Server 2019 to Windows Server 2022.
