How to add an Email button in your Fillable PDF form

I am trying to upload my pdf to the web but once successful it seems like my button has lost its function on the web page but once downloaded I can access submit button in acrobat. Any solutions?

Do you know how to make the submit button work on a mobile. Only nothing happens. Thanks in advance
