I just wanted to share my humble observations from science. The 4 elements that govern of nervous system and muscular system are sodium and potassium which make an action potential possible, and magnesium and calcium which makes every action possible. None of its PH reaches blood or any other part of the body… do not believe claims until u see the correctly performed scientific experiments showing a direct relationship between alkaline water and the results claimed. Then that result needs to be provided, peer reviewed, AND able to be consistently reproduced. Until then it’s a unsupported claim based only on opinion

Lots of great advice on this channel but unfortunately with alkaline water I think you missed the mark. We have natural processes in our bodies that work to provide our cells with the optimal pH environment to function. Drinking alkaline water is not going to eliminate the strong HCl acid we have and need in our stomach to help digest food. It helps some people but I would say most people are find with clean water that is pH of 7 and adding some electrolytes as well.
