How to use an Airless Sprayer/How to Paint FAST

Hi Everyone,
I used a Wagner Pro Painter Extra for the first time yesterday, to paint the interior walls and ceilings of our new home. After finding the perfect amount of pressure to the paint we choose it was a piece of cake. Before the 4 of us friends and relatives rolled 2 bedrooms and a living room in a day or so, now with the machine I borrowed...
6 hours the whole house was painted!
And with 30-50% overlapping it only took one coat to cover perfectly, the plastec was already finishing plaster so it helped a lot, I'm absolutely over the moon with the finish. I tried the backrolling technique but it turned out way worse than I thought, so I just sprayed the whole house. It was primered nicely beforehand, so I don't think it'll be an issue.
The biggest tip to anyone, is to make sure you trial and error on a big piece of paper or cardboard, read your choosen paints technical datasheet, it gives you all the info needed to spray with an airless system (thinning, pressure etc) and find the right pressure, distance and practice the movement before starting.
It'll turn out fantastic!

Hi Leah - Whenever I am thinking of a home project I first check your videos! I recently was looking for two things. One was the airless paint sprayer - excellent information. The second was not there, how to measure a room for tile. How to lay the tile out, but not how to measure it. I found the information, but the truth is I trust you more than others, you make everything seem so simple. Once I start looking at one video I can't stop watching at least five more of your DIY videos. You are dangerous for me, as I want to do everything you show lol. Thank you so very much for all your how-to videos, your patience in teaching, and no extra chitchat.

Alright then, thank you, been painting for 35 years with spray cans, tonight I purchased a Graco SG3 Airless Spray Gun to use with my Airless Spray rig that I've never used for over two years, I shall put your tuition to use, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you.

Why do you put return hose into another container. Just put it straight into paint tin that way there's no waste. Same when spraying through the hose for 1st time.

I don't know that it was mentioned here. Elsewhere I have read that when using paint that's flamable, such as paints that are solvent based, both the sprayer and the object must be grounded. How do you ground the object?
