ADVICE: If you have covid and is having a hard time breathing. Do a "Belly Breathing" - the most efficient way to breathe (you can search it up online). This is exactly what I did when I was slowly losing air to breathe. I was having a hard time inhaling through my nose so I used my mouth. Your belly should come outward as you take in air. As you exhale, your stomach will come back in. If it's hard to breathe through your nose then use your mouth. If this makes your mouth dry then try to have a glass of water and maybe a little bucket beside you where you can rinse your mouth from time to time. If it's hard to breathe when you lay down then just sit. You need to practice until your body gets use to it. Put your hand in your stomach so you can monitor your breathing.

Resistant is not the right thing to look at , at all. Vaccine does help a lot. Don't test to see if people are catching it right after exposed. Asking why to not take it mostly comes with, Can you get infected even though vaccinated , of course. Are you infectious, YES before you kill it yes. You can even get infected with the same virous you're immune to. Right now we're only using covid 19 vaccine . How long ,, and how well once infected does immunity kick in is the question. That answer is longer with a mutation then is is with the one you're immune to . But how long with it. We do know it's not the full amount of time. If covid 19 is 6 hours and delta is 5 days. That would not be a surprise. Are you infected in both time frames ,YES. Is your immune system going to kick on and kill it . Well that depends on the person too. Having a good starter in a good car does work. Having a good starter in a car with a bad motor doesn't do as much. But if both were = vaccine does help. 5 days is still better then 17 days.

It's a simple numbers game. You catch it with no immunity and it takes almost a full 17 days before your immune system knows about it. That's the key. Of course the virous was reproducing the whole time. So there's a lot of them. Once it knows it kicks on to kill it. With covid the bad thing is the war that takes place. In the lungs you're trying to use for breathing. You can see the problem. So a very small amount of time before immunity kicks in clearly is better. A little bit of space used for war is better then a big area.

If vaccinated with a healthy person with covid 19 and then you catch covid delta . The extra time likely will be just fine. By the way . After your immune system kills the delta , you now have immunity to the delta as well. That will happen with every strain that comes along. Our immune system keeps parts of the dead virous to remember them by. We call them antibodies. Being otherwise healthy makes a lot of difference.

So if you're talking about only on the fact people are tested to if they can catch it. So what. What comes next is the real thing to look at. Test those same people after 10 days to see if it was kill by their immune system. Don't just test to see if they did catch it. That's useless.

I had covid back in April. My symptoms were pretty mild: headache, fatigue, and a bit of a runny nose. The weirdest thing was waking up and having my sense of smell and taste completely gone. 4 days later it came back.
