Google app will get what it needs regardless of what you set in settings, privacy on android or iOS is a myth.

my keeps giving me a list of apps i haven't used in so many months so i can delet app but problem is i can't delete them cuz revvel 5g won't let me ... anything i can do about this??

No way of stopping it. They have everything on you no matter what you do to your phone.

I always made it a point to turn off location history. Also used to root and ROM my phones, thinking this would be more secure. Recently a pop-up came up I was busy and just tapped it to make it go away. Turned out it was location history. I had turned it on inadvertently. Of course I didn't know that till I got an email mentioning something about where I was 2 years ago. From Google. I followed the link provided and could look at any day for the past 6 or 7 years and there was my location history, everything I did that day, times and everything. So by turning off location history on your phone the only person who can't see it,
is you.

This cripples all the good useful stuff your phone can do. Just buy dumb phone

So, if you turn off the sensors, camera, mic, etc. don't work. Essentially that makes the phone useless? And if you want to make a call, you have to turn on the sensors? What about getting calls?

i did not find "sensors off" on android 9.

Most of this can be turned off right when setting up your new android phone. But not everything so useful none the less 👍

well developers options is great in Samsung phones but in some Chinese brands developers options doesn't work well and that sensor off doesn't appear in most Chinese brands and some android options that you can find in Samsung but not in some Chinese phones, also there's one annoying thing about those phones, if you let your dev option on a notification of it saying that your dev option is on will always show in your notification screen so I just switch it off since sensor off is not in dev option of those Chinese phones so there's no point for me in letting it remained on.

You guys should create an app that is a "one-click spy stopper" hmm.. but then you would have admin access to all android devices that downloaded your app..

It doesn't matter what you do. Even the apps you use to talk and text (the apps that come with the phone such as messages, phone, and contacts) will send over your data to Google servers. The only way to stop these processes from functioning is to completely modify your phone with a custom rom, a modified version of Android that has completely been de-googled, such as CynanogenMod, and those are dependant on the firmware of your phone model. This is a great video and all and I appreciate the sentiment, but it's not going to be effective in the slightest.
